Kylie and Ian viewed Tapscott Homes’ workmanship on a nearby building site before they approached Brett to take on their project. When Kylie was asked what her favourite room was, she first said the kitchen, but then said that they all love the downstairs family room, because it was their ‘family place’.

An array of louver windows have been used in the design to allow for cross flow ventilation to the whole house. The internal timber staircase showcases the quality workmanship that is highlighted throughout the home.

Downstairs boasts a large guest room and bathroom, family room, laundry, storage room and garage. The area looks out onto a ground floor entertainment area including pool, capitalises on the views.”
