About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, drive New Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is a unique role offering work-from-home flexibility, combined with face-to-face engagement through site visits and in-home client appointments.

You’ll work closely with our lead generation team, who provide qualified enquiries, and guide clients through the home design, pricing, and contract process. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about residential construction sales who thrives on flexibility, independence, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new enquiries and respond within 24 hours.
  • Qualify clients’ needs, budgets, and land requirements.
  • Present Tapscott Homes designs and inclusions.
  • Prepare preliminary pricing and explain inclusions/exclusions.
  • Secure Preliminary Agreements and deposits.
  • Meet clients at their homes or land to guide them through options.
  • Collaborate with the Director, Contracts Admin, and Construction Supervisor to ensure a seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in new home sales or the residential construction industry.
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation.
  • Understanding of HIA contracts and the building process (preferred).
  • Flexibility to travel to sites and client homes.
  • Current driver’s licence and own vehicle.
