Introducing Ryan Holdsworth as Managing Director & Site Supervisor
We’re proud to announce that Ryan Holdsworth has stepped into the role of Managing Director and Site Supervisor, bringing a fresh energy, proven leadership and extensive hands-on building experience to the business.
Ryan has been part of the Tapscott Homes team for many years and has worked in the construction industry since 2008. Beginning his career straight out of school as an apprentice carpenter, he has built an impressive reputation for delivering quality homes while building strong relationships with clients throughout every stage of the construction journey.
For Ryan, building homes has always been about more than bricks and mortar.

Building has always been part of Brett’s DNA.
Following in the footsteps of both his father and grandfather, he became a registered builder in 1990 and has since helped hundreds of families achieve their dream of home ownership. His passion for quality, honesty and customer satisfaction has shaped the culture of Tapscott Homes and established the trusted reputation the business enjoys today.
While Brett will be stepping back from the day-to-day running of the business over time, his knowledge, experience and guidance will continue to support both Ryan and the wider team during this exciting transition.
